Plan a trip to visit the Twin Cities Metro (I'm happy to provide short term stay recommendations). During your trip, we will explore all that the area has to offer and narrow down our search to the cities that you connect with the most.
Now that we have narrowed down which neighborhoods you are drawn to, we can physically start touring homes. Depending on the market, I recommend a virtual tour to start. Then an in-person visit before submitting a final offer.
When we have matched you to the right home & neighborhood, we will submit a strong offer!
